- Start along the longest wall with the grooves facing away from the wall. Position the planks snug against the wall, but not forced in. Click the next plank by inserting the tongue into the groove at a 45° angle and press into place. Make sure the planks are clicked together tightly. When you get to the end of the room, measure the plank and cut it to fit snug against the wall. Use a straight-edge and utility knife to cut the planks. A miter saw or laminate cutter can also be used.
- If the left-over piece is more than 6” (15cm) use it to start the next row. Make sure the joints are staggered a minimum of 6” (15cm). Click the end first and then the sides. When you reach the last row, cut to fit snug against the wall.
